Serving advice for Purcari wines
CHARDONNAY de PURCARI
This delicately lemon-gold-coloured wine is perfect with various fish dishes, hard, mild tasting cheeses and fruits; it will leave a lasting memory of a pleasant feast.
SAUVIGNON de PURCARI
When accompanied by this wine, salads, cold meats, steamed fish or seafood dishes will seem no less than perfect.
PINOT NOIR de PURCARI
The strong and velvety taste of this wine, when combined with exotic dishes of game, poultry, mushrooms, or asparagus will complete a flavourful meal.
MERLOT de PURCARI
A wonderful accompaniment to hot meat dishes, such as steaks, fillets, schnitzels or roast veal, as well as grilled dishes.
CABERNET-SAUVIGNON de PURCARI
French cheeses and delicate dishes based on veal or mutton will become ever more appetizing and tasty if they are accompanied by this dry red wine of Purcari.
