PRODUCTION
The current wine production facility at Purcari contains a section for grape processing and fermentation, a refrigerating section, primary wine processing and storage facilities, bottling machinery, a modern lab, and well equipped offices.
The company is equipped with the latest Italian machinery manufactured by Gai, Cosme, Arol, Padovan.
New cellars have been built where the Purcari wines are matured and ennobled in 5000x225 liter French-oak barrels and 14 oak barrels of 20,000 liters. Red wines are matured for at least one year, while white wines for at least six months. All the Vinaria Purcari wines are produced exclusively under the Purcari trade mark.
